Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CosmoQuick HRM. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility. CosmoQuick HRM is available only to active paid employer customers of cosmoquick.com. We may suspend access if your CosmoQuick employer plan lapses.

2. Your account. You're responsible for activity under your CosmoQuick account. Keep credentials secret. Notify us at security@cosmoquick.com about unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use. Don't (a) reverse-engineer the service, (b) scrape data, (c) probe our systems without coordinated disclosure, (d) upload illegal content, (e) use the service to discriminate unlawfully, (f) circumvent rate limits.

4. Your content. You own the people data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. AI Copilot processes your prompts to generate outputs; we don't train on your data.

5. Subscription & billing. HRM is included with active CosmoQuick employer plans. Seat overages are billed monthly per the Pricing page. No refunds for partial months.

6. Service levels. We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Status: status.cosmoquick.com.

7. Suspension & termination. We may suspend for non-payment, abuse, or legal reasons. You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.

8. IP. All product IP is ours. All your data is yours.

9. Warranties. Service is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties to the extent allowed.

10. Liability. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnity. You indemnify us for claims arising from your unlawful use or your content.

12. Governing law. Delaware, USA. Venue: Wilmington, DE. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited.

13. Changes. We'll notify of material changes 30 days in advance.
